1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the smjl online gaming platform, operated at smjl.asia (the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or participating in any game or promotional activity offered by smjl, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

smjl operates in the Philippines as a PAGCOR-registered online gaming platform. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between smjl and the registered user ("Player," "you," or "your") with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings relating to the same subject matter.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with smjl's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and smjl.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The smjl Platform is strictly available to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration, in accordance with the age restrictions prescribed by PAGCOR for casino-style online gaming operations in the Philippines. smjl reserves the right to request government-issued proof of age at any time. Any account registered by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and any balance in such account will be dealt with in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations.

2.2 Residency and Jurisdiction

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are located in the Philippines or in a jurisdiction where your participation in online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law; (b) you are not accessing the Platform for the purpose of facilitating participation by any person in a prohibited jurisdiction; and (c) your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To create an smjl account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name (as it appears on a valid Philippine government-issued identification document), a valid email address, your Philippine mobile telephone number, and a secure password of your choosing. You agree to update your registration information promptly in the event of any change.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

smjl is required by PAGCOR's Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, before processing deposits above specified thresholds. You agree to provide, upon request by smjl, copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and any other documentation reasonably required to satisfy smjl's KYC obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by smjl may result in account suspension and delay of pending withdrawals.

2.5 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered smjl account. The creation or operation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names or contact details, is strictly prohibited. smjl reserves the right, without prior notice, to merge, suspend, or permanently close all accounts found to be associated with the same individual, and to void any transactions and forfeit any balances associated with duplicate accounts.

3 Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your smjl account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. smjl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to maintain accurate and up-to-date registration information at all times. smjl may verify the accuracy of account information against third-party databases and government records. Material discrepancies between your registration information and verification data may result in account suspension pending investigation.

3.3 Account Activity

You acknowledge that all activity conducted through your smjl account — including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is presumed to have been authorized by you. You accept full responsibility for all transactions made using your account credentials. You agree to notify smjl immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. smjl reserves the right to impose an administrative maintenance fee on inactive accounts, in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulations. smjl will make reasonable efforts to notify you via your registered email or mobile number before any such fee is applied.

4 Deposits

4.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount for smjl accounts is Philippine Peso twenty (₱20). smjl reserves the right to amend the minimum deposit amount at any time upon reasonable notice to players.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods

smjl accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), Metrobank, and UnionBank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time as notified on the Platform. All payment methods offered by smjl are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective payment service provider.

4.3 Personal Payment Methods Only

You may only deposit funds using payment accounts registered in your own name and matching the name on your smjl account. Deposits from third-party payment accounts, including accounts belonging to family members, are not permitted. smjl reserves the right to request documentary proof that the deposit payment method is registered in your name.

4.4 Deposit Processing

GCash and PayMaya deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank) may take between one (1) and three (3) business hours to appear in your smjl balance depending on the originating bank's processing schedule. smjl accepts no liability for delays caused by payment service providers or banking infrastructure.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

smjl complies with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations under Philippine law, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA). smjl reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on deposits that trigger reporting thresholds or that are assessed as potentially suspicious, and to report such transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.

5 Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals from your smjl account are subject to completion of the Platform's identity verification (KYC) process. Unverified accounts may request withdrawals up to the applicable unverified withdrawal limit as specified in the Platform's verification guidelines, after which full KYC completion will be required before further withdrawals are processed.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

smjl targets the following processing times for withdrawals: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals: five (5) to thirty (30) minutes from approval; Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank): one (1) to six (6) business hours from approval. These are target processing times and are not guaranteed. smjl will not be liable for processing delays attributable to payment service providers, banking infrastructure, or circumstances beyond smjl's reasonable control.

5.3 Withdrawal Method Consistency

smjl's default policy is to return withdrawals to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Where this is not practicable, smjl's compliance team will assess appropriate withdrawal methods on a case-by-case basis, subject to AML compliance requirements.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions for Bonus Funds

Funds credited to your account as bonus amounts, promotional credits, or free bet winnings are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Details of applicable wagering requirements are set out in the specific terms of each promotion and are binding on acceptance of any bonus or promotional credit.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

smjl offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the applicable promotion, including but not limited to: minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, time validity periods, maximum bonus amounts, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus winnings.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in the terms of a particular promotion, the standard wagering requirement for smjl bonuses is twenty-five times (25×) the sum of the deposit and bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering contributions from different game categories are as follows: live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, color game) — 100%; slot games — 100%; sports betting — contribution rate as specified per promotion; virtual games — contribution rate as specified per promotion.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

smjl reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom, and to suspend or permanently close accounts, where it determines in its reasonable judgment that a player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: exploiting promotional terms through low-risk bet strategies designed to minimize variance while satisfying wagering requirements; registering multiple accounts to obtain the same promotional offer more than once; or any other activity that smjl determines to be contrary to the spirit of a promotion.

6.4 Promotional Availability

smjl reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring all commitments made to players who have already accepted and partly or fully satisfied the conditions of an offer at the time of modification or withdrawal.

7 Gameplay & Fair Play

7.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on the smjl Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, are conducted by trained human dealers using physical game equipment captured on live video. smjl's game infrastructure is subject to regular third-party audits to verify RNG integrity and correct game function. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and derive from the same certified game data.

7.2 Fair Play Rules

You agree not to use any software application, device, or method that: (a) automates gameplay decisions or bet placement; (b) exploits software errors or vulnerabilities in any Platform game; (c) manipulates communication between your device and smjl's servers; or (d) provides any unfair advantage relative to the game rules as published. Violation of this clause constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

7.3 Disputed Game Outcomes

If you believe a game outcome is incorrect, you must notify smjl's support team within forty-eight (48) hours of the relevant game round via the Platform's live chat or by email to [email protected]. smjl will review all relevant game logs and data to assess the dispute. smjl's determination, based on server-side game records, will be final and binding in all cases where the server-side record and the client-side display differ.

7.4 Betting Limits

smjl reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum bet limits on any game or game category at any time. Applicable limits are displayed within each game interface. smjl further reserves the right to apply individual account-level betting restrictions where it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that abnormal or potentially abusive betting patterns warrant such measures.

8 Responsible Gaming

smjl is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. smjl provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from account settings, including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, cooling-off periods (24 hours to 30 days), and permanent self-exclusion. These tools can be activated at any time by the account holder. Self-exclusion once activated for its designated period cannot be reversed prior to expiry.

smjl reserves the right to initiate responsible gaming interventions — including temporary account suspension — where it identifies betting patterns or account activity that may indicate problem gambling behavior, acting in accordance with its obligations as a PAGCOR-registered operator. Where a player has formally self-excluded from smjl, they will not be permitted to re-register for the duration of the exclusion period. 9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the smjl Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable:

• Registering or operating more than one smjl account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age;
• Using proceeds of criminal activity, including the proceeds of fraud or theft, to fund an smjl account;
• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering activity as defined under the AMLA and its implementing regulations;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to conduct gameplay or bet placement;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software defects or technical vulnerabilities in any Platform game or system;
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, degrades, or interferes with the operation of the Platform or other players' use thereof;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the smjl Platform.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the smjl Platform, including but not limited to the smjl name and logo, game interfaces, graphics, software, text, and promotional materials, is owned by or licensed to smjl and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of participating in gaming activities in accordance with these Terms. You are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any smjl Platform content without prior written authorization from smjl.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, smjl's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

smjl will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, regardless of the form of action and whether smjl has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

smjl does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. smjl reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the Platform or any part thereof at any time for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational requirements.

12 Privacy & Data

smjl collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing regulations. By registering an account with smjl, you consent to the collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. smjl implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

13 Termination

13.1 Termination by Player

You may close your smjl account at any time by contacting smjl's support team. Upon your request for account closure, smjl will process any eligible outstanding balance to your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements on bonus funds and to completion of applicable KYC verification, within a reasonable timeframe.

13.2 Termination by smjl

smjl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event that: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) smjl is required to do so by PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory authority; (c) smjl has reasonable grounds to believe that fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity has been conducted through your account; or (d) smjl determines that continued operation of your account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, smjl reserves the right to forfeit any balance in your account. Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach, eligible balances will be returned subject to the withdrawal conditions in Section 5. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the effective date of termination.

14 Amendments

smjl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, smjl will provide advance notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.1.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and all matters arising out of or in connection with the smjl Platform are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. In the event of any dispute between you and smjl arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through smjl's internal dispute resolution process, initiated by contacting [email protected]. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause limits smjl's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
